A wedding film captures the in between moments, the behind the scenes moments, the sounds of your families voices and laughter,  as well as the key parts of your day.

I t can be as staged or as discrete as you want. Its your day.

Your wedding day deservers to be more than just a social media trend , or a doom scroll on a strangers phone,  amongst everyone else’s wedding.

Your wedding day is about you and your families memories.

All captured in glorious ultra HD 4k so that you can watch it on TV , on your phone or on line, in the highest quality!

Highlights of your day and full ceremonies to keep and share.

Now even delivered to you in 24 hrs !

In the days of social media, people have sometimes forgotten the importance of a true wedding film.

When friends, and families grow older , and as we grow older, we suddenly realise just how precious our time is with our families.

A wedding film captures the essence of your day, it captures the sounds of your family, the behind the scenes moments that you wont see.  The first look, the first kiss, the first dance.

Your wedding day should be so much more than just 30 s clips on a phone.

Sitting with younger family or older relatives in years to come, whilst watching and listening to your day together,  is something that is much better shared.  A wedding film provides that big screen family experience, whilst also providing the short reels for your phone.

Allow me to introduce myself!

Hello and welcome to Amour wedding videos! I’m John and live in South Ayrshire.

I have been filming weddings throughout Scotland for nearly 22 years, but it only seems like yesterday that I started.

Since then I have filmed hundreds of weddings at locations in England and throughout Scotland, including the Isle of Skye , Inverness and Dumfries.

I started filming on a part time basis, but now work full time as a wedding videographer.

However I also love photography , I actually started out as a wedding photographer and sports photographer before making the move to film!

In my spare time I can often be found travelling with my camera seeking out landscape hotspots, whilst walking my 2 Jack Russell terriers! (they always stand on guard duty if I am photographing)

My other passion is running, I love racing and especially marathons. it definitely helps to keep fit for those long days filming!

It would be a pleasure to be a part of your special day and hopefully make new friends for life!

Please get in touch for a chat! good luck with all your planning.

Please also contact me if you are getting married at one of the RAD group wedding venues.
